
From October 11 to 12, the Shengfan Cup 2025 NKU Sports Meet was held in full swing. The faculty team from the School of Journalism and Communication overcame challenges and fought courageously, securing third place in the Group C overall standings and winning the Excellent Organization Award.
Thanks to the careful coordination of the school labor union, a total of 63 faculty members participated in 18 events, achieving outstanding results in several competitions. In individual events such as the long jump, standing long jump, shot put, solid ball throw, 100m dash, and 200m dash, the teachers delivered outstanding performances, with several results far surpassing those of previous years. Notably, Zhou Peiyuan won the men's youth group championships in both the long jump and standing long jump.

This year, the School made a breakthrough in the number of team events it participated in. In competitions such as tug-of-war, group rope skipping, relay races, and Tongxin Juli (a team obstacle event), the teachers demonstrated strong resilience, excellent teamwork, and a collaborative spirit, showcasing a positive and determined attitude.
